Return & Exchange Window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Product unboxing video is mandatory.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items with missing tags or signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Sizing or color issues (on a case-by-case basis)
How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return or exchange request:
- Email us at siddheeda@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
- Our team will get back to you within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back to the address provided by our team. (Please ensure safe packaging to avoid damage during transit.)
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank details for NEFT refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please mention this in your return email.
- Exchanges will be processed only after the original item is returned and approved.
